Sometimes it adds up and gets too much

Joblessness due to lack of work permit, loss of a parent, infertility, horrible in-laws who belittle you for your short comings ( it was male factor infertility but they thought something was "wrong with me" and gossip about me to everyone, tell my husband I am brainwashing him etc. Sometimes I say God give me a break, I am only a human!
