Ok, so my 15 month baby started daycare three weeks ago, a couple days after she started she got a runny nose, congestion, and fever, I took her to urgent care and the doctor said most likely she had an upper respiratory virus. The fever broke the next day and stayed gone for about a week. Fast forward to this past Tuesday,the fever came back. I took her back to the doctor she was tested for Covid, rsv, and strep throat.... all negative. The doctor said she was borderline for an ear infection. Her fever is hard to break with medication. And she just started antibiotics today. My question is has anyone ever had this experience? What could be causing the fever for this many days? How could I try and break it?? She has never had fever this many days before and I am very worried!!!!!
