I’ve been taking prenatals since high school! I’d definitely recommend taking them before getting pregnant to prepare your body. It won’t hurt to take them if you are not pregnant, but it is a must when you are pregnant! 
I’m 38 weeks today, & I’ve taken a BUNCH of different kinds, types, & brands of prenatals these past 10 months. I would just buy the ones on sale. I had to move to strictly gummies though because the capsule vitamins were making my morning sickness worse.. they also taste yummy. 😂 good luck, babe!
