i need help on what to put in a diarrhea care package?

my bf lives alone and has been having diarrhea for the past 3 days and he got super sad because he missed put on meeting his long time friends after they planned meeting up for so long.
i thought about sending him a care package but i dont know what to give that would help other than a banana?

As long as he has no where critical or essential to be he should let it run its course instead of trying to stop it with OTC meds.  Put some Gatorade or pedia lite to help prevent dehydration in it.  Foods that help naturally bind you like banana, rice, apple, and bread to make plain toast.

Some probiotics and sacchromyces boullardi (SB - it stops diarrhea quite quickly)

Send him some electrolyte water to help with dehydration. Maybe a hot water bottle. For any stomach discomfort. Diarrhea medication.
