How do I know when to stop breastfeeding my baby?

I usually wait till he pulls away and sometimes when we reach 20min I’ll pull away but he’ll cry 
He mostly ends up spitting up,
Tips?

Just when baby stops 🤷🏼‍♀️ even when you can't see them 'sucking' they do not little fluttering thing that gets the milk too and alot of the time you can't feel it. It's that part of the milk that is most important too as it's the 'fatty' part. Baby's will unlatch when finished 😊

There is not much of a time limit. But be sure baby is eating not just comort sucling in a boob. Look at babys neck, if swallowing is happening or not.

I always stop when I notice he isn’t swallowing anymore or if he pulls into a shallow latch because then I know he’s not eating anymore.
