ovulation? period??

For the first week of the month I had clear watery stretchy discharge. Is that a sign of ovulation? I'm experiencing cramps for about 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my period now. I am late for about 5 days. I just have little dry discharge now. Is it a sign of my period is coming?
