Found the perfect exercise program for my growing belly and body!!
I have been working out regularly since the morning sickness finally went away. But I finally had to take it down a notch from the more high intensity to something that still works my body but less dynamic movement.
If you have never tried a prenatal barre blend you really should. It’s an easy way to keep your body moving without complete exhaustion. Plus it only takes me 30 min to get it done.
Have you guys found anything that works for you? Especially now when getting outside it’s always the possible option.
