How much fresh air does a baby need?

I don’t have a garden as I am bottom ground flat but I try to get out with my 8 month old as much as possible. 
How many walks would you say is enough? Ovbs the uk isn’t the warmest right now but not the worse. 
I go for a walk 3 times a week is that not enough?:/

I try to walk my little everyday or play in the backyard for a while. However, it’s cold and rainy so lately we haven’t been Out much at all. Do what you can, you know best for your little one.

We go out every day unless the weather is absolutely hideous or it’s unsafe. It gets down into the negative numbers here routinely and we just bundle up. I feel very strongly about the importance of fresh air daily.

I take my babies out at least once a day, but it’s more for my toddlers benefit - she goes crazy trapped inside all day!! (We are also in the uk). I also feel like the walk does me good, mentally!
