Could I be pregnant?

Hi, my name is Brianna I am 22 years old and happily married to the love of my life. And we have been trying for about 4 months now and so far nothing yet. But this month I have yet to start my cycle and it’s nearing the end of the month, I’ve been cramping and having lower back pain but no blood but the cramps aren’t excruciating or unbearable they’re very light cramps and come and go. I don’t trust the period apps because ever since my chemical pregnancy back in 2020 my cycle has been kind of wonky. Like it’ll start on the day that the period app says it wouldn’t and vice versa. So I’ve been testing and all negative so far, I don’t even know how many days past ovulation I am because tracking my cycle after that chemical pregnancy has become a bit difficult. So if anyone could tell me what could be going on or have experienced anything similar? I’m not giving up hope in God I’m still going to pray and praise God through the process in Jesus name. But I will be testing again March 1st to see if maybe I’ve been testing way to early.
