TMI: Sorry about photo but need advice thanks

Was wondering if anyone knew what this looks like.

I’m waiting for test results but don’t think it’s STI as I’m in a relationship. But it doesn’t have a pleasant smell and this keeps happening. It’s not fishy but smells quite strong in a bad way. Is probably the 3rd time in the space of 2/3 months that this has happened. This is the worse I’ve had it.
