Well, tonight I’m going to start doing a solid bedtime routine with my son. We usually get him in bed by 9-10 and he will sleep until about 8am waking up once to eat. But since I’ve been working so early I personally need to be in bed earlier than 10 so I’m going to try to get him down by 8. 🤞🏼 we are going to start at 7pm. bathe, pjs, cuddles & story time. And I’m going to lay him down in the crib & see if he can sooth himself to sleep. I think we can do it tonight! Wish us luck 🙏 & question for people that have a solid bedtime routine down, when do you do your last feed? Should I do it before story time or right after? 🤷🏻‍♀️
