Hello. I and 3 days late on my period. I’m having cramps and some discharge. I tested but it came out negative. Do anyone knows what that mean?

Pregnancy isn't the only cause of a late periods. It does not sound like pregnancy is the cause of your late period.

You may or may not be pregnant. I'd retest in a couple of days and also consider everything else that you've been doing recently. Exercise,  food/diet,  stress ( more or less ) , sex/lack of , etc. Anytuing can mess up a cycle.
