TMI. Any ideas?

My period been acting funny lately. At one point it was missing for 3 months then it came. In January I bled for literally 2 min and now when I wiped just now I got this, according to the app my period is 9 days late. I never experienced this before. Did anyone else go through this? Btw I been to my doctor and they couldn’t find nothing wrong with me.
