Would you pay for a well done digital scrapbook?

Question

I have made digital scrapbooks before for family members for their children's birthdays. I saw a friend offering services to make a physical scrapbook. But I was wondering if anyone would purchase a digital scrapbook? 
You can have it forever on your computer, USB or even on a CD. You can play them on computers but also on your t.v.

I read this wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️ I voted yes but after reading more clearly I’m changing to a no. 
There are many softwares that organize and let you make albums of special photos. I have lost more than one cd/Zip drive of professional photos before. Additionally, think about the way file sharing and saving has evolved. Imagine if your most precious photos were on a floppy disk? Lol
I think a physical photo book would be better. The kind where photos are printed on the pages and it’s slim/sleek for bookshelf storage.
