HELP - is my cycle irregular?
My period has always been regular since I started tracking it (varying between 28-31 days). All of a sudden last month it was a week late and I had one 37 day cycle. Today it came 3 days early and Glow predicts it’ll be a 32 day cycle which is average for me.
Are my periods irregular or is this normal? I’m worried.
