Is it normal for your period to stop for a whole day and then start back up again for just a few hours? I had a normal 4 day period Monday-Thursday I didn't wear my cup to bed on Thursday because the bleeding was just the little bit of brown discharge. Friday I had nothing all day long. Around 11am Saturday I started bleeding again. Not super heavy but enough I needed my cup. I had it in for anout 4 hours before emptying it and it was about ¼ full so not a ton. Now I'm just spotting again. This has never happened before so I was curious if it was a normal thing for some.
