Cramping at 12 dpo

I just got a positive pregnancy test. Everyday the line got darker and today it was very positive. I’ve had cramps, sore boobs and headaches. I had a first successful pregnancy. This is my second. For some reason I am worried it’s a chemical pregnancy.
