I know microwave popcorn is not good for pregnancy. Today I bought ready to microwave baked potatos.  It said to microwave them in the plastic it came in.  So we ate baked potatoes and veggie tortillas for dinner. Do you think it could hurt the baby with that potato in plastic?  I'm 14 weeks pregnant.  Just really worried now. I been so paranoid.  Tia!

All potatoes are microwaveable for future reference. You don’t have to buy the ones in plastic.

I think you’re overthinking it. I did fine during my pregnancy. Eating microwaveable things is the least of your worries. Concerns like undercooked meat, fish with high mercury, etc. should prob be at the top of your list.

I think being by the microwave is the problem not the actual food. I think you can have you SO do it and eat what you want. I think you just shouldnt be near the microwave but im not 100%
