CLOMID

I had my second ultrasound yesterday and have 3 follicles that are ready to go. So chewing clomid did NOT make it less effective for me.

Also, my doctor confirmed it’s totally ok to chew. The pill has a scored line which typically means it can be cut or chewed because the medication is distributed evenly. ••

Is there a REASON you aren’t supposed to chew clomid? My doctor said it’s fine, the pharmacist said don’t do it.

I literally can’t swallow pills, even with applesauce, pudding, yogurt. You name it, I’ve tried it.

I’m always told not to chew pills because “it tastes gross”. Does it make it less effective? This is my first round of clomid, I’m taking 150mg.
