I need help removing my menstrual cup
It's my first time using one
And I can't for the lif eofe get it out. I've tried everything online and spoke to some ladies for help but it won't budge. I can't release the suction. It feels like it's wrapped around my actual cervix so tight. Idk what to do and can't afford ER room. My boyfriend offered to help but only much later.
