Swelling?

Okay ladies I know it’s normal to swell at the end of pregnancy, but is it normal for your feet and hands to swell this much even when not being active? I’ve literally been sitting all morning. It took forever to even get my rings off! 
(Yes I know I have very ugly feet🤣)

If it’s happening suddenly without you being active I would call just to rule out preeclampsia.

Can be signs of preeclampsia maybe call your midwife to check you over! (Don’t mean to panic you of course, could be nothing) xx

It’s hard to determine without a before picture, but it could be worrisome. It also might not be. I would go in to get checked just to be safe 💞

I was told to wear copper socks and when you put your feet up they need to be above your heart. I have used my headboard to put my feet up and some pillows behind my head to keep me completely off my back. It’s good to talk to your doctor though.

Swelling is normal, but if you think it might be something out of the ordinary talk to your OB

Its normal, I usually get super swelled feet if im sitting down so i get up and start moving also putting ur feet up helps. I actually asked my doctor last week and she said it’s totally normal

Yes I agree with the other commenters take your BP if possible and call your OB to let them know

I would call just incase. Check your blood pressure if you have access to doing so
