Ok mamas...I’m needing some tips, motivation whatever you want to call it. I got the Peleton bike and I’m dying to give it a try. I’m almost 11 weeks. I still feel occasionally icky and nauseous and it’s really hard to get myself going to work out because of this. I wasn’t really in shape before pregnancy so I know I need to start slow but how do you get up and go if you’re feeling 🤢🤢🤢?
