Seem so lost.

So on Thursday this week me and my hubby found out we were pregnant. We were ecstatic! But this morning I woke up bleeding with clots.... it’s been a long morning. We went to the Er so they could run some labs and my HCG was at 4, the doctor told me that what most likely happened was our little baby didn’t even make it past the embryo stage because it didn’t split correct. My husband and I have talked and he said that with one of his first girlfriends they had a problem like this and the doctors then told him that because he had such a high sperm count two sperm tried to fertilize the egg and gave it two of his chromosomes instead of one.... do any of you ladies have any recommendations on what to do? The Er doctor told me we can start trying again right after my period ends since I’m miscarrying naturally. Anything would help! This was my first pregnancy after my ectopic 4 years ago and it’s a little easier but still so hard. Thank you all in advance!
