Hi everyone, I am 38 W 3 d pregnant even yesterday I had very bad contractions all day and night long which slowed down this morning at 8 , they were 4-7 mins apart, lasting for 45 sec to 1 min and after 8 they really slowed down like maybe one 8-15 apart or even 20 mins . I am in labour since Friday and overtired being not able to sleep today is my third day , tomorrow is my docs appointment hopefully she comes soon safely . Anyone out there who went through same and any at home inducing labour tips please let me know. Thanks
