Adult vaccines?

I wanted to know when & what vaccines do you have as an adult?
My tetanus vaccine last five to ten years and it's been nine years and I told my doctor can I get my tetanus vaccine and she said no it hasn't been ten years only nine and I work & volunteering I feel its needed now.

If you don’t trust your doctor find a new one. But as far as I know 10 years is standard

It's 10.yesrs, unless you've been exposed to possible tetanus then they will give you the shot. I've had this happen. I was 8 years and sliced my foot open on an escalator needing 9 stitches and I got a tetanus when I got stitched up

Tetanus is only needed every 10 years. Unless you’ve been poked or stabbed with foreign unclean metal, another Tetanus is not needed yet.

Every 10 years for a Tdap but some cases they’ll give you a booster after 5. Ex: volunteering with a given population, travel to a 3rd world country etc

Tetanus is every 10 years for sure! They will have your last one on file and will call and let you know when it’s time for another shot.
