Severe burning headache

So last night and this morning I was experiencing a really bad headache and it was weird because I never experienced one so crucial. My head felt like it was on fire ! And my left arm was burning so bad it caused my upper back to burn, felt like a whole bunch of needles were stabbing my arm and back.

I’m really not over exaggerating, I didn’t know what was causing my left arm to feel a burning sensation, lasted from 4:30am - 6:54 am. & I threw up a few times, one around 4:30 Ish and then I drank some water .. laid back down.. got back up at 6 and threw up straight yellowish? Water.. I couldn’t catch my breath so I started crying and I’ve never experienced anything like this with my first child. I am 8 weeks and a few days pregnant with my second and this is my first time experiencing this.
