So been working in the daycare field for half my life I’ve been working at this job for almost 2 years the only benefit is holding me as it’s free daycare for my daughter now another job offer me more pay and benefits but I have to pay for my daughter I’m a dilemma because I I really don’t want to leave my other job I love my kids but I just don’t like the drama but I know everywhere is drama but I do need the extra pay and the benefits what should I do
