Has anyone gotten pregnant on the pill?

Hi ladies, so I am thinking about starting the pill (so any advice would be great), but I am going to be using it as my only form of birth control, and I know they say it is very effective when taken everyday at the same time. I am really good at taking pills everyday. I am wondering, though, has anyone gotten pregnant on the pill when they were taking it correctly? Like everyday at the same time?

I never did & I was on the pill for 5 years.

I’m on the pill (it’s only my first month so I don’t have any advice lol), but my boyfriend and I use condoms as well. We just don’t want to risk me getting pregnant at this point in time. I would suggest using condoms or at least having him pulling out, if you don’t want to chance pregnancy. Good luck!

I've been on the pill for about 6 years . Been with my bf for about 4 years, take it every day between 10am and 12pm and I haven't had a scare yet.

Yes lots of women have. Wear condoms or have him pull out so that it’s even less likely

I’m currently 21 weeks pregnant. I fell pregnant while on the pill. I took mine at the exact same time every day right down to the minute, I even set an alarm to make sure I did this. However, this is EXTREMELY rare and not in any way common. Pregnancies on the pill usually happen when not being taken correctly. When taken correctly, the pill is 99% effective.

I would use condoms with them nothing is ever 100% but it’s best to be safe as possible
