Plan b the day before ovulation

We had sex 2 days before ovulation and the condom broke. It was late so I couldn’t take plan b until 14 hours after the incident. The same day I took the pill (today) my LH surge

peaked. I’m due to ovulate tomorrow.

I’ve been reading that if ovulation has started or occurred it’s likely ineffective. If you’ve been in a similar situation, how did it play out for you? I’m 9m pp and my husband is literally waiting on a dr to call him for his vasectomy so we were not planning on any more babies. I have to wait 2 weeks to find out so I’m just a little stressed. Finding myself not sleeping tonight.
