Sensitive stomach? Sign of pregnancy?? please read

So this is going to sound weird but I was lying on my back and my stomach was growling. My cat touched my belly on the left side briefly and I winced as it felt funny. Not sore but funny. She retracted her paw as soon as I jumped. Is this a typical pregnancy sign? TIA x
