resistance band results
i just ordered some resistance bands so i can grow my butt/legs at home and maybe even tone my arms and back. i’m just curious if any of you have seen results using only resistance bands, especially with your butt/legs?
and if you’d like to share pictures that would be great! or just your before and after measurements if you’re not comfortable. or a simple yes or no if it showed noticeable results!
i just feel like all these women who do at home tutorials have also gone to the gym and lifted heavy so idk how trustworthy the “results” are. TIA!
