FLEX cup?

Hi 
Has anyone used a flex cup around ovulation right after intercourses to keep everything....
Ya know, up there? 
I’ve heard it’s helps when you absolutely know you’re ovulating.

Just FYI, you’re going to get a lot of hate for doing it. But it was the ONLY thing I did different the cycle I got pregnant. We had been trying 18 months with an early miscarriage. I’m currently 16w with a little girl. 
There is a Facebook group called TTC With Softdiscs which is full of helpful information. Softdiscs are the same as the flex disc ☺️ let me know if you have any questions I could help you with!

I imagine this only works if low sperm count or motility is an issue. I would speak to a doctor before trying something like this.
