Ultrasound

Okay question,

I am currently 6 weeks and my doctor wants to do an ultrasound, it would be a transvaginal....

I’m a little worried because it’s invasive and I am scared it could either hurt my little one with the heat from the ultrasound but maybe I’m being paranoid

My OB wants to do an ultrasound at 8 weeks

But my family doctor wants to do one now at 6 weeks

I don’t know if it would be bad to do one now and then another 2 weeks later?

I have felt fine family doctor just wants to go ahead and do one since I had a miscarriage before

Any advice?
