Essential oils in pregnancy?

Question

Does anyone know which essential oils are safe during pregnancy for topical use?
I dilute to carrier oils at like 1-2% 
But I've been wanting to use a few to help with my acne but I'm worried because online the info is so mixed. 
I wanted to use
Tea tree
Carrot seed oil 
Turmeric oil
Clove bud oil
And peppermint oil

Carrot seed oil is a purgative meaning it causes a downward force which could be an abortive. I would stay away from the carrot seed oil. In Ayurveda Carrot seed is used as a birth control method due to its potent medicinal properties.

I use tea tree and diffuse it. 
But I’m almost certain Clove and Peppermint are off limits as they can induce labor. My doctor advised me to not even diffuse peppermint (which sucks bc it helped with my nausea). Not sure about the other ones. There’s a lot of differing advice, I would ask my doctor and go from there honestly.

My midwife approved tea tree oil for topical use. Not sure about all the others you listed.
