All Nerves

I’ve had 4 positive pregnancy tests and a positive blood test , I bought a digital test today to get a better idea of how far along I am but tonight suddenly I am spotting (just some pink discharge when I wipe, but I was spotting 7 days ago so wasn’t expecting to spot again so soon..) and I am not noticibly sore in either my left hip or up the left side of my stomach (I really can’t tell)

I know this is probably the stupidest post because I know your all just gonna tell me to contact my dr in the morning ...

What I’m actually asking tho is should I be worried? And is it a waste using the digital test if I’m still spotting in the morning ?
