I need help 🥺

So I just honestly need some guidance. Before surgery I had irregular periods and if I did get a period because of PCOS I was on it for days . Now after surgery they’re regular I would say but last for 8 days each month & extremely heavy & hand size blood clots . It’s like I’m 15 all over again . I’m going through 3 maxi pads in an hour it’s so frustrating. Yesterday I was working and end up fainting I’m guessing due to all the blood loss and my iron deficiency. When I went to the hospital they said my iron was low of course and gave me a blood transfusion & said to continue to take my vitamins. I didn’t even feel different after , I came home to shower and end up fainting again after I got out . I just feel so hopeless... does anyone else go through this ? Should I just do Birth control ? I feel so miserable when my menstrual comes on because I know it’s going to be the worst 8 days of my life each month . Any HELP ? 🥺🥺
