I’m a tad anxious

So I work at petsmart I’m in my 20s and stuff just for reference. My boyfriend of 2 years almost 3 moved up to Virginia and we are trying to make it work until he can transfer and I’ve been calling off work every month at least a weekend to go and see him. My family if now wanting to go to Disney and stuff more frequently so I was curious if it’s bad to call out two weekends in the same month? Semi consistently ?

My boyfriend says it’s Probably fine cause it’s just a petsmart job and I do a great job regardless and they like me and my mom says they pretty much can’t say no if I put it in early enough so idk I’m just anxious cause I’m scared I won’t be able to do either and I don’t want to not go and not see my boyfriend you know? So just wanted opinions
