When did I ovulate.

Hello, your input is appreciated. I am unsure when I ovulated, according to app, it was 18th, I was using opk and the last one was on 14, I ran out and due to TX weather I couldn’t go out to get more. But if I judge from the results I got on the 14th, opk would have been + 16 probably. But on 17 morning, my boobs were extremely full, heavy and painful and subsided around the 19. Given all of these, would you know what day I ovulated. Thank you for your inputs 🥰
