melatonin side effects ??
im on a combo pill and i got clearance from my doctor to take melatonin here and there when i have problems sleeping at night.
i didn’t sleep very well last night and i got about 5.5-6 hours of sleep. i took a 1 hour nap earlier but i feel pressure in my face and my eyes...is this a normal side effect of melatonin ??
