Weight loss advice post partum?
Looking for some weight loss advice. I’m two months post partum.
I lost all my pregnancy weight in the first month while I was pumping my breast milk, but I’ve stopped pumping since then and I’m gaining back the weight pretty fast. I also eat a lot of carbs and sugary snacks as they’re easy to grab while living with a newborn baby. I ate like this while I pumped but lost the weight regardless. I also have PCOS so that doesn’t help much either. Also I had a section so I’m not sure how that would affect exercise.
Anyone have advice on how to lose the weight / make healthier eating habits? 😁
