First ob appointment..

So nervous to go to my ob tomorrow, I'm 6 weeks 2 days today. At 4 weeks 3 days I had some bleeding & thought my period was starting. I had a very odd pain pain in my right lower abdomen, took a test & it was very positive! So I went to the er & my blood levels was normal for 4-5 weeks but didn't tell me what my numbers was. They did a vaginal ultrasound but said it was too early to see anything. I'm so scared to go to my appointment & him tell me that he don't see anything & I miscarried again...😭 I'm not really having any symptoms other than a little bloating & always tired but that's probably due to dealing with two toddlers all day! I had a miscarriage 4 years ago & the bleeding I had wasn't even close to what I had this time so I'm trying to stay positive!! Anyone have this & have a positive outcome? Just need some positive vibes & good thoughts, and hope I don't lose my mind in the next 24 hrs...
