Tips - Pickup/To-go - How much?

Just curious...

I’m a standard 20% + when I dine in. More for great service and less for shitty service. I was a bartender for 6 years (5 years ago now) so I know how it is working for tips.

My question comes with pickup orders. I’m currently tipping more than usual for pick up/ Togo orders bc I know the service industry is still hurting. How much do you normally tip when picking food up? Like, what was your pre-covid norm?

If you are currently in the service industry, would do workers expect for pickups?
