I'm really scared and not sure if I should go to the er or not. I'm going on 24 weeks. I was working in the yard not to hard but cutting some bushes with some clippers and pulling them to a pile. Long story short, I've hurt my back and have pains In my vigina. And I'm nauseous. No bleeding no cramps. But hurting on a scale from 1-10 it's a 7. It is very painful to walk. My baby is moving a little more than usual. What should I do??
