6/7 dpo faint line?

I am flabbergasted. My cycles are all over the place due to PCOS so I ovulate at different times. We BD’d last Tuesday so exactly 1 week ago. I’ve had extremely swollen, sore boobs, tired, bloated. Last night I have cramping and pink spotting so took a test - negative. Expected AF to come this morning but nothing, spotting stopped. Got this test tonight. What do you think?

I know 6/7dpo is extremely early. I’ve been pregnant 4 times (one living) and the earliest I’ve ever had a squinter is 9dpo.
