For about a year now I’ve been experiencing an extremely heavy day during my period. It’s usually around day 3, after a couple of very light days. At first it would be for like 12 hours. Then as months went on it would be 24 hours, now closer to 48. It has also gotten heavier with time. By heavy I mean bleeding through a super plus tampon into a pad every 1-3 hours, which also means I can’t really go to sleep for long and I definitely can’t leave my house. For the last several months I was also getting large clots and pieces of uterine lining. Does anyone have any experience with this or have any ideas of what’s going on? I told my doctor about it in January but I was trying clomid for 2 cycles which didn’t work, so I’ll be making an appointment asap.
