Any advice for dizziness?
Hi ladies. Currently 19w 5d and feeling terrible. Since yesterday I feel incredibly dizzy and faint. It feels like blood pressure. Suddenly my ears will ring, I get clammy, my heart races and I feel sick to my stomach. It happens sitting or standing, sometimes even laying down. Seems like it's fairly normal mid pregnancy, but what can I do to help it? I've barely gotten up the last 2 days because I'm scared to pass out. I know as soon as I get tunnel vision I lay down quickly so I don't fall. But what else? I've tried sugar, salt, electrolytes.... Anything else I can do?? I feel like straight shit to be honest. I'm frustrated not cooking or work out or anything!
