Baby eczema?

My son is 8mo old. He’s always had dry patches but recently it’s gotten much worse. He has what I assume is eczema, but nothing is really making it better. I’ve tried baby lotion of various brands, baby eczema lotion, and even just aquaphor but nothing helps. Anything you’ve used on your little ones that you can recommend to help my baby out?

Also we haven’t changed formula or anything like that and there are no flare ups when introducing new foods. Just steadily getting worse
