I just got my first period today, my family makes me so unclmfortable that ive 100% decided not to share about it with them, so i was wondering if anybody on here had any tips for what kind of products to use? Thanks!

I typically like to use tampons during the day and pads at night when needed.  Store brand works just fine for me. You don't need to spend a ton of money on it. Just make sure to change whatever you use frequently.

Period undies like JUJU & Modibody are amazing, try a menstrual cup in a few years - but undies are the best place to start. Heavy for at night and moderate for the day time. :)
