I just found out I’m pregnant with the help of Letrozole. I feel like we’re all here in this group because we struggle in getting pregnant so I wanted to share what worked for me in hopes it can potentially work for others.

I’ve been trying for 9 yrs, I have PCOS and started this journey hopeless. My dr gave me 50mg of clomid, 2 rounds and the another round at 100mg and it didn’t help me ovulate. Then he decided to put me on Metformin to regulate my periods even more... I was at a 36 day cycle and Metformin (2000mg) put me at a 28 day cycle. Once I was at 28 days of my period every month he proscribed me Letrozole 2.5 mg and first try it worked, because...... I did use ovulation test (The expensive ones with the smiling face) because I didn’t want to guess if it was positive or not. I also didn’t tell my husband the day I was ovulating because I didn’t want it feel like work so I lit candles while he was in the shower and laid there naked and he new ITS GO TIME. We had sex the day before ovulation, day of ovulation and day after... then we took a break for a day and started back up on having sex every other day until my predicted period was suppose to come.

I feel like getting my periods more regular helped.

Also tracking my ovulation day helped

Lastly us continuing in have sex every other day even after my peak I feel like helped.
