Did/will you buy formula just in case even if you plan to breastfeed?

Wondering if I should have some on hand in case there are issues nursing.

I signed up with Enfamil for free samples. They sent like 3 small tubs of different kinds and I think a couple of packets. So we have that as back up just in case we need it.

I didnt buy any with my youngest daughter. I took a supply home from the hospital and used that primarily so I could focus on pumping for milk production. 
I wanted to finally get it. I’m not an on the breast mom but I prefer pumping because seeing the milk does something for me personally. I see it as an achievement in my fridge. 
I will be doing this again when I give birth on Friday.

No. Never needed or wanted it with my first. This time I have frozen breastmilk if we need anything extra.

No because I've always had more than enough milk for all my babies. But if it was your first and you don't know how your milk supply will be it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of formula.

I bought 1 pack of premade formula just incase and if I need more I can pick up a powder can after she's born.

I didn’t with my first because I was 100% dead-set on breastfeeding and I heard that having formula available would make it too tempting. Boy did I learn my lesson! 
After a beautiful labor I was rushed into an emergency c-section due to severe preeclampsia and HELLP. My body was so sick and weak that my milk didn’t come in for 3 WEEKS! My baby would have starved without formula. Luckily the hospital sent us home with some, but as soon as we got home my husband had to rush to the store to buy more. I felt completely unprepared because I hadn’t done any research on formula ahead of time. 
This time I plan to have a couple of cans of Holle available in case I have another emergency. I’ve learned it’s important to always hope for the best, but plan for the worst.

Yes. I had a low supply with my first, and he also needed supplemented because he was a preemie.
